Jonny Kousa is a well-experienced family lawyer. He is very straightforward, and he knows what he is doing. I had hired three different attorneys, but they did nothing except tell lies, and with their dubious attitudes, this made me think that all lawyers are the same. However, Jonny proved me wrong by doing an outstanding job and got my child back to me. A retired judge and some other friends assured me that he would get it done favorably, which he did. There are a lot of lawyers who are crooks that spoil other lawyers, but Kousa changed my thoughts towards such negative thoughts, and I realized that not all lawyers are bad. I need someone that did not like to lose! Well, that was Jonny! I was so scared to deal with my ex-husband again after a divorce mediation that my previous attorney agreed to things that were not in my best interest. The language of the divorce agreement made it very easy for my ex-husband to request a modification in timesharing. So, with this history, I just needed a lawyer that would not leave any loopholes. I needed a lawyer that I did not feel the need to micromanage out of fear. I needed a lawyer that was confident and put me at ease. Jonny was a no-nonsense, get the job done kind of attorney. I needed to feel confident going into this second round of custody fight. The important thing for me was feeling like my attorney wanted the best outcome possible for him and for me.
